 The Festive Cloud Cake ☁️

Ingredients:

350g Greek yogurt

4 eggs

50g plain flour

15g cornstarch

80g caster sugar or sugar substitute

Vanilla extract

2 tbsp cranberry sauce


Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

Separate egg whites from yolks.

To the yolks, add yogurt and vanilla extract. Sift in the flour and cornstarch and mix well.

Beat the egg whites and gently fold them into your mixture in three additions.

Pour the mixture into an oven tin (I used a round 20cm tin).

Bake in the oven for 1 hour. After that, turn the oven off and leave the cake inside for 20 minutes. Then, transfer it to the fridge overnight. Add cranberry sauce for that festive spirit.
