Festive starter: Medjool Dates with Goat Cheese

This recipe offers a rich, satisfying, and highly fulfilling culinary experience.

Ingredients:
16 Medjool dates
1/3 cup walnuts
150g soft goat cheese
1 sprig of rosemary
Zest of one orange
A pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil
Honey for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Carefully pit the Medjool dates and fill each with goat cheese.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the ground walnuts, finely chopped rosemary, orange zest, cinnamon, and olive oil.
3. Arrange the stuffed dates in a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the walnut mixture over them.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
